Bringing Your Shih Tzu Puppy Home
All of my available Shih Tzu puppies’ eligibility to go home will depend on weight, temperament, vaccination schedule, and vet recommendations. The Shih Tzu puppies aren’t typically eligible to go home before 10 weeks. Puppies learn essential skills from their mother and littermates during the critical puppy socialization period.
My goal as a responsible Shih Tzu breeder is to do everything in my power to provide my clients with a high-quality Shih Tzu puppy that has been given the best start in life! I want the very best for my puppies.

Transportation Options
No Shipping
I don’t ship puppies under any circumstances. Although I raise standard Shih Tzus which are usually a little bigger than Imperial Shih Tzus and Teacup Shih Tzus they’re still a brachycephalic breed. Brachycephalic dogs may have adverse breathing issues if they are subject to a long plane trip. I will allow a plane ride in the cabin as long as it isn’t too lengthy. Local Pickup
My local Shih Tzu breeding program is located in Goodyear, Arizona, but I do sell to all other cities and states. You’re welcome to come pick up your new Shih Tzu puppy from my home. If you prefer, I can bring your puppy to your home or meet you halfway at no additional cost as long as you don’t live more than 2 hours away. Or, I can meet you at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport or the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport for free!
Flight Delivery
I don’t typically use a flight nanny or ground transport, I like to meet the individuals who will be taking my Shih Tzu puppies home! But, my husband or I would be happy to fill this role if you need help with transportation as long as our schedules allow for travel. I offer the option of having my husband or I fly in the cabin to get your new Shih Tzu puppy to you if the flight is direct and not too lengthy. This will come with an additional fee on top of the puppy purchase price. Contact me for further details.
Car Delivery
My husband or I will also be happy to drive your Shih Tzu puppy to your city of residence as long as our schedules are free and you live within 8 hours of my home. I have personally delivered Shih Tzu puppies to many local cities including Scottsdale, Peoria, Chandler, Gilbert, etc. This option is included in the purchase price if you live less than an hour away. Delivery will come with an additional fee on top of the puppy purchase price if you live more than an hour from my residence. Contact me for further details.
Pick Up Day
Approved Applicants Only
Only the individuals who were approved during the application process are eligible to bring the puppy home on pick-up day!
ID Required
A current driver’s license that matches the address on the application and a recent utility bill must be shown before the go-home day. The driver’s license number must match the one provided on the SpaySecure application as well.
Travel Essentials
Make sure you have a crate or a car seatbelt if you will be driving home with your new Shih Tzu puppy. I will provide a harness, but they don’t always fit perfectly on these tiny Shih Tzu puppies. I will also provide all clients with a bag of essentials to make the trip home more comfortable.
